So close to the fun and vibrant 2nd arr neighbourhood, with a multitude of services and food options right outside your door. The apartment was spacious and bright and the bedrooms were quiet even though you are directly above restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Large apartment. Was perfect for our adult family of 4. This location was in the middle of all the action, so if that is what you're looking for then this place is perfect. There is some noise from the local bars and restaurants but we used fans to help with that. Host was amazing and let us stay in the unit longer due to our late in the day flight.

Very close to metro and nightlife. Very close to Seine! You could hear the nightlife at night. For those staying, Chatelet was closest metro, with #10 exit being steps away from the door.

Annick was a wonderful host! We were arriving very late in the evening and she made sure someone met us at the flat to provide an easy check-in. The bedrooms were very quiet and it was easy to get a good nights sleep. The flat had many extras and was very comfortable. The location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for walking to most places. The Metro was just steps away for longer trips. The apartment was spacious with the living room separate from the bedrooms which are on the floor below. There is a wonderful old staircase to reach the apartment or a small lift for two people. Inside the apartment there is a spiral staircase between the two floors. Each bedroom has a very modern shower room. Plenty of storage space as well. There is a separate toilet room on each floor. Kitchen is modern and open to the living room. Small dining area and also a fold out bed if needed. A washer/dryer combination is located downstairs near the bedrooms. Communication was great and very easy to pick up keys and get a quick tour of the apartment. Our family of four found the apartment a great place to stay for our Christmas in Paris.

OUR RENTAL IN PARIS WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION. WE WERE ABOUT 100 YARDS FROM A METRO STOP (LINE 1) WE WERE 50 YARDS FROM MULTIPLE BARS, RESTRAUNTS, SMALL STORES AND A BAKERY. OUR HOST, ANNIKA, WAS EXCELLENT. SHEWAS HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND WELL ORGANIZED. PLEASE NOTE. THE LOCATION IS ACTIVE WITH A LOT OF 20-30 YEAR OLDS. IF YOU WANT TO BE IN THE ACTION OF PARIS THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION. IF YOU WANT SOME PEACE I WOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE.
