😊: Location, cleanliness, helpful staff at agency. 😢: The apartment was unbearably hot even though we were not yet in a full summer canicule period. Also, the double bed was very small and wobbly. Furthermore: a checkout time of 10am is super early and is designed to earn more money for the agency (they charge 10 euros per extra hour), same thing for the towels: we had to bring our own because a towel would have cost 10 euros more..

😊: The apartment lies just outside the centre, so its very accessible and easy to park (free). Sens is a lovely little town with nice restaurants. The host responses quickly and is very kind.. 😢: The photos on the website make it look like a stylish space, but unfortunately that's not the case. When we entered the apartment, we were not pleasantly surprised by the heavy smell of sewage. The shower is not properly installed, causing a foul sewage smell throughout the entire apartment. Furthermore, the shower cabin was not clean, the window sills were dirty, and there were no towels (available for €2.50, which is fine, but please let guests know in advance). There were no night lights by the bed (just a old candle, why?) and no trash bags in the trash can. Was it terrible? No, because we did sleep well. But with a little attention, a good plumber, and a cleaner, this apartment would be much better..
