😊: The appartment was big enough, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, it was more than enough for the 5 of us. Being that we came during Christmas markets season, the price was quite affordable.. 😢: The owner does not reply to messages as fast as they normally do. Even before when we were making the reservation, it took a few days and me checking with Booking if the messages are going through for them to answer (the question was only of we can leave the bags until our flight - the answer was no and came a week or so later). Last two days of our stay there was no hot water and even then they answered after a while when we have already given up. The appartment is on the third floor without an elevator which I think is important to know. We got 5 bath towels but no hand towels even though we were told we would get more. The only way to get to one of the bedrooms is through the bathroom which was a bit weird. Only two sockets actually work in the appartment. The building is old, wooden stairs, not so clean..

😊: The apartment was huge and was easily accessible.. 😢: It is ridicoulous that guests should take off the bed linen and take out the trash. You should engage a housekeeper or cleaning personel for such tasks. The staircase was dirty (dog fur everywhere) and a dog was closed out to the garden, where it was barking for hours, made it actually impossible to take out the trash as it was requested. The apartment was dirty, it seemed the last proper cleaning was performed ages ago. Owner only provided info in French language (although I wrote in English)..
