Perfect location, cosy place, has all it needs for comfort

The location is great. It's one metro station away from the Effiel tower, or a 10 min walk. The restuarants in the area are great, and don't charge tourist level prices for food. The area is quite and peaceful at night and early in the morning and the house is just a 5 min walk from the nearest metro station. The house itself is well maintained. They've utilized the space very well with a variety of folding furniture and storage options. The bed is comfortable, there was always running hot water and the entire place was nice and clean when we checked in. They were also flexible enough to support us checking in early in the morning. The heating in the flat worked well once it was turned up. The kitchen was well stocked. Though we didn't really use it, if one wanted to cook something small or quick, it would be easy to do. The only real challenge is that the bathroom is small. If you're over 6 ft tall or have broad shoulders or are a larger person in general, you will struggle. One other small thing that would be a nice addition is a full length mirror somewhere in the flat. Apart from that, the apartment is on the third floor, with no lift. It's clearly mentioned in the listing, and wasn't a problem for us, but if you have issues with mobility then this might not be the best option.

Excellent location near Eiffel Tower The location is perfect for getting around Paris close to the main tourist attractions. The host is very quick to answer any questions and help with any concerns or needs.
