😊: a very comfortable and delightful apartment with everything required, including a very comprehensive collection of spices! 4 enjoyable nights. handy position, quiet and attractive. everything at hand.. 😢: Access. For someone at 76 years of age arriving early evening (fortunately not in the dark) the system of finding the key was difficult. Far too near the ground (bottom left) to see inside the mailbox to negotiate numbers and open the box. If the mailbox could possibly be at a level more easily appropriated it would make all the difference. Had I arrived in the dark I know I would not have been able to find the keys. I think this should be noted. Once within the apartment all was well..

😊: In general, localization was OK, and the room was excellent.. 😢: Far from parking..

😊: Very accommodating host from communication to helping out with early check-in and arranging taxi to airport. 😢: All good.

😊: Everything had been thought about, we lacked nothing. 😢: The location wasn’t how we expected, it was a strange entrance and not super hygienic.

😊: Plus: Large studio, very clean and with a washing machine. Very underrated when travelling for a couple of weeks.. 😢: Minus: Location wise this place is kind of in the between the beach and the old town of cagnes sur mere. We thought that was a good idea, but it turned out we just ended up in the middle of nowhere. I would recommend a place either cliser to the old city or closers to the beach. Beds were very uncomfortable, super soft and when you slept two people a crater was created in the middle making both rolling in to the center. Im usually not very picky but both me and my girlfriend slept maximum 3h during to the bed. Also the sheets were in a very strange material, definitely not cotton kind of felt like the cover you put on your mattress before putting on sheets so it was terribly itchy sleeping. Bring your own sheets. Bathroom felt like a very cheap construction work, toilet was mounted so high that i that is 185 only reached the floor with my toes when sitting, strange feeling if so a bit nostalgic like if i was a kid. The shower was mounted in a strange angel so the beam basically hit the glass instead of going down, to get hit by the water i had to lean my back to the glass of the shower not a 10/10 experience. No furniture on the balcony rendering it basically useless. Lastly witch has nothing to do with the accommodation i would say Cagnes sur mere is not really worth the stay unless you find a very cheap accommodation. The old town is nice but nothing special and the beaches are nicer in Nice considering this accommodation costs as much as hotels in Nice i would recommend staying there and then take the tran 20 min for a day tour in cagnes sur mere i can guarantee thats a better alternative..
