😢: Property take 500€ deposit, I send it to their card, they said will return it back, but 1 week I asked every day for that deposit, and they do not return and do not answer or send me any payment confirmation. I send them deposit and it was credited in 1 hour, I also send confirmation the same hour, why they do not want to answer I don’t understand. I even not live at their apartment, but it’s the other story. If they will return my deposit I will change the review..

The communication for the property was terrible. They made me pay a large security deposit and I still haven't received it back. There was not even hand soap in the bathroom. I had to stay on the pull out sofa because the ladder to the bedroom is extremely small, rickety, and slippery and the bathroom is downstairs. The place is decorated cute but I wouldn't stay here again.
