Aufwändige Anmeldung und Ankündigungen einer persönlichen Schlüsselübergabe, dann doch die Schlüsselbox.<br>#128577; Die Decke über dem Essplatz ist auf einem Quadratmeter abgestürzt. Wir haben großes Glück gehabt, weil wir gerade in der Küche standen. Wir mussten sofort abreisen. Der Mangel muss bekannt gewesen sein, den es gab schon bei der Anreise große Waserflecken an der Decke. Es ist eine große Gefahr!!!

Owner must be very quirky (Hard NO to security cameras in bedrooms snd lounge though).<br>#128577; Instructions difficult to find apartment. Varied instructions sent and closeup of lockbox but apartment had no number snd advertised a radiographer. Odd smell in apartment. Security cameras in lounge and bedrooms. Manager not able to fix until next day and tried to reassure us that they were not recording 😂 Air conditioning not working. Dreadful! And no response when reappeared requests for a refund sent.

comfortable and excellent location<br>#128578; This apartment was large and if an apartment can be fun, it was fun. it had a big, well-stocked kitchen. it was in a great location for the centre of Aix and we walked everywhere. The street outside is noisy, as is often the case, but the windows effectively blocked it out. The air-conditioning made all the difference because the windows were closed overnight. Olivier was an exceptional host. Highly recommended.
