Beautiful apartment near Monaco

😊: I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two kids in early August 2025. It’s perfect for families, with two separate rooms each having its own toilet. The furniture is not new, but comfortable and cozy. The apartment is very well equipped—everything you need is there (utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, etc.). The highlight is the amazing view of Monaco and the sea, best enjoyed from the spacious balcony, which is perfect for evening cocktails. We didn’t experience any noise from neighbors, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is excellent—very close to the Casino and Larvotto Beach (just use the elevators to get there easily). Underground parking is included in the price, which was very convenient. There’s also a food store nearby. The host was available online, but honestly, everything was so clear and well-organized that we didn’t need much assistance. Thank you for a well-equipped apartment and great service!. 😢: A couple of things to be aware of: the shower is quite small, so if you’re a larger person it might feel a bit narrow. The lift to the parking garage is also very tight—our medium SUV just fit with only a few centimeters to spare, so a big SUV might be difficult (and the remote for the lift takes a bit of practice). Also, if you don’t find the public elevators, the walk back from the beach can be a bit of a challenge 😀.

😊: The location was perfect. Very close to Monaco, only 5 min to Place des Moulins by stairs via the garage, or a bit longer if you need stepless, by elevator from Jardins d'Elisa, still very doable. Bus stops in front of the apartment, also very convenient. The apartment was spacious enough for 2 and had more storage than you see at the first look. Airconditioning worked properly and the sea view was amazing. Bed was good. There was coffee and bathroom supplies for the first day or two which was also very nice. We received the necessary information timely.. 😢: The shower was extremely small, 80x80 or maybe even 70x70. Unnecessary space is taken by the bidet, better to replace that by a bigger shower. The entry to the garage is also tight (Mercedes GLA) but it's also a matter of getting used to because also bigger cars came in. Feedback: we could have used a second key, and improved explanation of the garage remote control. Communication could have been a bit better, no reaction after reporting an issue after checkout..

😊: Nice apartment with all the amenities and an amazing view from the balcony and bedroom. The parking is amazing. Everything is basic but you will have everything you need.. 😢: The neighbours were not happy because we are early risers..
