Beautiful farmhouse on large plot of land in Noirmoutier, near town center and sea

très bien située , cette location permet de se rendre à pieds au centre ville en 10 mn tout en étant au calme grâce au grand jardin très agréable ; proche des arrêts du gratibus,,les plages sont également accessibles rapidement . nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture pendant notre séjour.

Charmante longère dans un écrin de verdure au calme et à proximité du bourg à pied ! Pas de véhicule nécessaire d’autant plus qu’il y avait des vélos à disposition

Longere très bien équipée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût Propriétaires présents mais discrets à l'écoute de nos besoins Location ayant un coin de jardin privatif Nous recommandons sans problème cette location qui proche du centre ville Agréable séjour à noirmoutier Nous aimerions revenir et profiter de cette jolie longere

Location proche du centre de Noirmoutier en l'île. Longère bien équipée pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Extérieur sympathique même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter comme tenu de la météo capricieuse.

Confortable,calme et bien situé,très agréable lieu de séjour à Noirmoutier.A recommander sans restriction.

It is with regret that I give this property a poor rating. A major issue concerns the clarity of the property details. As pointed out by a previous reviewer, the details do not make it clear that the property is in the garden of the owner, it is important to do so. There is a hedge that provides some privacy but in no way overcomes the fact of the location. The details mention parking, which implies a readily available off road space. There is indeed one but to use it means you are either blocked in by the owners car or you block in the owner’s car, which would be inconvenient and restrictive. I was actively encouraged to park on the road and did so, however it is a narrow road and black scuff marks were left on my car as well a cigarette end! The details mention calm, there is however constant traffic noise throughout the day. The property had a damp air about it. I may have been the first occupant of the year (I had to find and turn on the gas for the cooker) so this may well improve during the year. The shower head was so loose it was unusable fixed. I had stated I would clean the property and on the last evening I was presented with a cloth and bowl to clean the tiled floors. I informed the owner I would be leaving at 0730 and despite being only 15 meters the owner declined to check the property then and see me off. I was subsequently most surprised to be informed that I was being charged for cleaning, which is automatically deducted from the refundable deposit. I enquired why, and amongst the questionable reasons was that there was evidence of liquid on the floor! To ensure cleanliness I had given the kitchen floor a clean just before leaving and was punished for doing so! On a more positive note, the property is in a good location for a short walk to the amenities of the town centre and there is a very friendly cat!
