Beautiful renovated appart in the center of Lille

😊: Location was fantastic,both the train station and near the centre of town. The size of the apartment was good. Enough utensils and pots were good.. 😢: On first entering the apartment,there was a stale smell. The apartment is showing signs of wear and tear. Such as mould in the shower,shower didn't drain properly so overflowed on to floor. Broken cover on electrical box,breakfast bar was fixed with tape. The slats on the bed kept falling out. Some of the paint work wasn't finished..

😢: We had booked the apartment for two nights but left immediately after one night. The accommodation does not match the description and is in great need of renovation. For example, the doors, windows, walls, the entire bathroom, the furniture and the shutters. It was also far too hot, everything was full of mosquitoes, not really clean (inside and also outside, e.g. in front of the sleeping room window) and a very unpleasant odour. We couldn't stay one night longer..

😊: The location of the flat which is close to main train stations and squares. 😢: unbearable bad smell and poor cleanliness.

😊: Good location. Great value for money.
