Beautiful studio with balcony

😊: Gap just happens to be situated surrounded by hills/mountains and is very scenic. Convenient for local shopping/bar etc.. 😢: Newer bedding..

😊: We visited Gap for ice hockey. The property was 5 minutes away from the rink so it was perfect. Close to the old town too. It was in a quiet residential area, with free parking. Nearby supermarket. Fabulous mountain view from the balcony. The fold out sofa bed was really comfy. It has a washing machine- perfect as I spilled food on my hoodie! Cosy and warm apartment. Our host was great- met us at the apartment on time, polite and professional. Thanks!. 😢: I would have liked a few more kitchen items- a couple of bigger mugs, a tea towel too. We travelled as a couple but only one bath towel was available. Not a problem as I had brought one with me..

😊: The property manager is very unprofessional. He tried to unnecessarily charge us for a late check in (we were checking in at 8pm - on the property the check-in time is from 3pm-12am), booking.com intervened and with a lot of reluctance he let us stay. And then in the morning, he barged into the apartment at 9.50am (checkout was at 10am) and he started being very violent and abusive for a small shower hanger. We even fixed it for him, he then started insulting us and used horrible language. I would never wish for anyone to stay with such a horrible human being. Disgusting.. 😢: The property manager is a terrible human being and has no manners on how to deal with guests. He will ruin your vacation..
