Beautiful villa 800m from the ocean - 5 bdrms 12 pers - heated salt pool and pétanque court

Fabrice was a brilliant partner through the build up to our holiday, and throughout our stay. His team is sharp and professional. The house exceeded all our expectations. It’s very spacious and very comfortable, with enough toys, games, and activities to keep everyone happy and occupied. The walk to the beach or into town is easy and enjoyable, and the facilities available in Montalivet are excellent - we barely used the car throughout our 3 week stay. All in all, a fantastic experience in a beautiful house, and in a wonderful part of the country.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und das Haus bietet viel Platz und lässt nur wenig Wünsche offen. Besonders hat uns bei den heißen Temperaturen der große Salzwasserpool und die toll ausgestattete Terrasse gefallen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und liegt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom breiten Sandstrand Vensac. Der Pool ist schön warm und gut gepflegt. Das Angebot an Spielen ist umfangreich: Boule, Tischtennis, Dart

The house is fine - it really is five bedrooms, not six since the loft is not a super comfy sleeping area. The house could sure use written instructions for things like the garbage pick up days, wifi codes, key explanations, and points of interest (vs a stack of 100 paintball ad flyers. The beds were hard and the lack of linens - especially adequate towels- was frustrating. Kitchen was nice - very few serving dishes and no serving utensils. Overall nice, and not too expensive, but really a stretch to call this “luxury”

La villa a de grands espaces tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. La cuisine et l’ensemble de la maison sont très bien équipés + bonne literie. La communication avec Fabrice s’est très bien passée. Nous avons passé un très bon moment !
