Bed and Breakfast, near TOULOUSE, in CARAMAN

Week-end génial à la campagne, très bien situé, l'accueil est super sympa, gîte confortable, piscine, paysage magnifique, Bernie et sa petite chienne sont adorables....je recommande sans aucune hésitation et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Au calme, avec une belle vue sur la campagne et une belle piscine qui nous était réservée. A 45 minutes de Toulouse, très belle ville qu'il faut absolument visiter. Et puis l'accueil chaleureux de Bernie et de sa chienne qui a fait le bonheur des enfants.

Enchanté par notre semaine de vacances malgré le temps. Heureusement compensé par la présence de Bernie qui a été notre rayon de soleil. Gentillesse, écoute et disponibilité nous en garderons un bon souvenir. Location impeccable, belle piscine, en pleine campagne verdoyante au calme tout en étant à 4km du centre de Caraman. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

We had a wonderful stay at "En Roche". Bernie (the owner) was so helpful and kind to us. The local town is very attractive and the local boulangerie baked excellent baguette's. The pool was gorgeous and always clean, with beautiful views and sunsets to enjoy. Overall it's a nice place to spend a relaxing time. We highly recommend this cottage. Rebecca and Tim Knowles

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Gite. Bernie and her husband (who’s name I’m not going to try to spell) were so welcoming. The Gite is lovely and the private pool is fantastic. This Gite offers beautiful views of the countryside beyond and is a great place to truely relax. The Gite itself is in a lovely rustic farmhouse style but has all mod cons and so well equipped - you do not need to take anything !! Highly recommend this lovely place for a super relaxing holiday. Bernie and Gerard were wonderful hosts at En Roche. We were made welcome, comfortable and at ease. A truly lovely couple. The property was well kitted out and the pool kept clean and sparkling. The peaceful location made for an ideal place to switch off - with lots of places nearby to visit and areas to explore. Caraman a pretty little village with a good Cambodian restaurant, excellent boulangerie and G20 store.

If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay near a large city, this is the perfect stay. We found this rustic gite to be very comfortable with large spaces for all our needs. The garden area is very beautiful. It is well-maintained and clean. Our hosts, Bernie and Gerard were the hidden gems not mentioned in the listing. She was flexible with our arrival time and offered us fresh eggs from her chickens and tomatoes from her garden. We really connected with this special couple. While we did not eat at any local restaurants, we loved the local patisserie and butcher's offerings. There is also a small grocer in Caraman that has most anything a person would need for their stay. We used the "french" BBQ to grill our dinners. The kitchen was complete for our needs. We like to bicycle and this was where we assembled our bicycle upon our arrival and departure in France. We found the roads here to be quite fun to ride, too. We would recommend this stay to our friends and relatives.

This place looks better than in the pictures. The house is newly refurbished, cosy and functional. We had very nice weather, so we enjoyed the pool, even at night. Great scenery, very nice owners. My 3 year old daughter liked the hens and their freshly hatched eggs, as well as the homemade figs marmalade offered by Bernie. Center of Toulouse is at 50 minutes by car. We stayed just for 3 days, but it was the best part of our vacation.
