Bel appartement 4 chambres à Rouen - Apartment

Good
#128578; Beautiful kitchen and living room. Big rooms, everything was pretty clean. The owner was very helpful and kind. Private parking
#128577; ONE WC! even if there were 3 bathroom, two of them are just with the showers and one with a wc. We were 8 people and it was traumatic. Also there is a boiler for the hot water, so we had to coordinate between us to wash at different times. The house is pretty far from the center, I will not suggest it if you don’t have cars.

casa popolare in periferia
#128578; appartamento molto grande 4 camere da letto 2 bagni più soggiorno.
#128577; L'appartamento si trova in periferia, in un quartiere paragonabile alle case popolari.

Worse place ever stayed via...
#128578; Very little. If anything, 2 showers were useful. Car parking right outside.
#128577; Location is not suitable at all for tourists. Room is in a high rise block of flats in a run down residential area. Did not feel safe and very noisy at night time. Apartment itself was worn and dirty. Sheets were not clean and there was a smell of cats.

Clean and convenient stop over.
#128578; The apartment was ideal. Made a convenient stop over for family on the way back from South of France with only about two hours left travelling to Calais for ferry. Clean and well equipped.
#128577; Appeared to be on a uni campus. Area not great but okay for one night stop over.
