Bel appartement au coeur de Paris - Two-Bedroom Apartment

Excellent apartment. We greatly appreciated the in-person orientation tour when we arrived. The location is convenient, bed is comfortable and apartment is very clean and welcoming. It was convenient to not have a car. The 4 flights of spiral stairs are a challenge for sure but also great exercise and part of French living. It was also helpful to have a washer and a dryer! Overall, a first class property!

Our stay in theLatin Quarter lived up to our expectations. Many historical sites, patisseries, and restaurants within walking distance. (I highly reccomend Le Petit Chatelet, 5 min walk). It should be noted that being on a main artery and near police stations it can be noisy. Closing the windows significantly helps, but in the summer time that may not be practical (no AC). There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living/dining area. We visited in September and for the most part we were comfotable. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked with all you need to eat in. The shower and bathroom good. I have 2 recommendations for the host. An occilating/stand up fan for the alcove bed, and another set of keys (not everybody is going in the same direction requiring co-ordination that may not be practical). Keep in mind, it is 4 flights of stairs to the door. For the right people this is a great little apartment.

Best organised property we have rented. Manager responded very quickly, sent email with helpful, local information and tips, suggested alternative communication methods. We were travelling with our two grown up daughters and were pleased to have two beds and not just a pull-out couch for our 4 night stay. The girls had privacy and we still had a couch to sit on in the evenings. We were travelling for a month and had big suitcases and carry-on luggage we shlepped up 4 flights. We managed, but it could be difficult for some. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely apartment with a location that can’t be beat! Beds are very comfortable and everything is updated and well-kept. Walking distance to so many sights and what a view of Notre Dame and the river! You will need to carry your luggage up 4 flights of a typical French spiral staircase, but well worth it. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about this apartment. The location was perfect and welcoming. It had everything we needed and was comfortable, modern and clean. The view from the windows exceeded our expectations. It was the ideal place to begin our exploration of Paris. Lisa's recommendations and helpful advise made our planning so much easier and fun. We highly recommend this property to anyone. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Our experience with this property and its management was seamless and easy. We arrived early in Paris and were able to get into the apartment when we arrived. Patricia was there to show us the apartment and give us helpful hints for our stay. The apartment was in a perfect, central location with easy access to the metro. The apartment had all the needed amenities, was clean, and had plenty of space for the two of us. The location can get fairly loud, especially on the weekends, but it didn't really affect our stay. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

Perfect location and exactly as described. It had everything we needed... Comfy beds, washer AND dryer, nice little fridge, multiple coffee options, great view, clean, decent size bathroom, cute updated decor, etc. We enjoyed our stay for our 15 year anniversary!
