Bel Appartement Balcon vue mer au Centre de Concarneau

Good-sized one bedroomed apartment. We loved the situation, the view out to sea, the balcony to enjoy an aperitif and the good quality furniture and bathroom. The pictures on the walls really helped to make the apartment feel like a home. Good private parking although access to the underground car park involves 2 flights of stairs so you need to be reasonably fit to bring up your suitcases! Overall, we loved it.

We loved this spacious apartment, set in an ideal position just around the corner from the heart of Concarneau. Clean, quiet, great balcony with wonderful views from the entire apartment. The underground parking a great asset and walks from the door. Everything spotless and a large fridge/freezer. Also we enjoyed the wall to wall art! Perfect.

Der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach klasse. Die Wohnungsübergabe mit der Agentur war unkompliziert und freundlich. Es ist eine gute Ausgangslage um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Spacieux appmt bien équipé à 5 min de la ville close de Concarneau, avec vue sur l'océan devant le phare de la croix et d'une vieille chapelle comme pour rapeller la labeur d'antan des pêcheurs et ouvriers des sardines.

Great welcome from Alex. Thanks. Apartment has all you need and was very comfortable, despite the varied weather. Always something interesting to see and easy access to shops, restaurants and the old town. Good market. Secure parking garage was a definite advantage. A very enjoyable break.
