😊: We didn’t have the chance to stay at the property. We arrived at the location waiting for an hour to help through the owners or property admin to communicate to us further instructions. The owners or property admin barely communicated with us sufficiently when we needed to pay our deposit after we struggled to pay to the link they sent us. We felt like we got scammed at the end and lost our money due to the owners or property admin failing to communicate to us in a timely manner. I would not recommend to anyone taking the chance on attempting to stay on this property. Our booking was made a few months in advance and already fully paid for, thus only to be told on the day of our check in that we had to pay a deposit and that we won’t be able to check in unless the deposit is paid in full. We didn’t hesitate to pay, but as mentioned earlier the link that was sent to us didn’t work and the owner or property admin failed to communicate to us as we kept on asking and asking to please respond. We ended booking in a hotel and lost our money for the stay.. 😢: As mentioned in the box above, we did not manage to stay in the apartment paying full and lost our money. The other problem that we had is that this booking was also a non-refundable booking..
