😊: Host was very responsive & helpful.

😊: The place is very well located, easy accessible with public transportation and for Paris standards really big. It is perfect for Workation as you have plenty of space so people can work and you are closer to the river for a morning run.. 😢: The kitchen could have more utensils. I had to buy a bottle opener during my stay (I left it there, if you’re staying after me, you’re welcome).

😊: There was some coffee left from the previous guests. LIDL, restaurants and KFC nearby. Easy access to public transport.. 😢: The apartment was not clean. Hair and dust on the floor, spider webs on the ceiling. The coffee machine didn’t work. There was an iron but no iron board. There was a dishwasher but no tablets. Not the safest area around Paris. Some taxi drivers refused to drive there. No waste bin in the bathroom. Two tiny almost finished toilet paper rolls in the toilet. One had to dance in the toilet to create some movement so that the lights didn’t go out..
