Bel appartement F2 42 m2

😊: Location. The appartment is next to a lot of traintracks. This gives some noise, but also provides a unique open view. Subway to the centre is close. Appartment is really practical. Everything is there.

😊: Everything you need. Spacious apartman. Roll-up blinds! Bakery is in some minutes. Good value for the money. Kind host.. 😢: In the near is a big working chimney. Acceptable..

😊: The apartment is really great! It's clean and modern, there's all staff you need - everything for cooking and eating, sleeping and modern tv with smart functions, washing machine, even hairdryer, etc. Bus stop is not so far so you can reach public transport easily. Very big Carrefour is 10 mins walk, so you can buy everything needed. The host is very helpful and answered very quick all my questions and provided great support when needed. Also thanks a lot for the early check-in opportunity as we had morning flight and arrived around 10am.. 😢: Ona major disadvantage is that that's no air conditioner. The windows are on the south side and it's extremely hot inside during summer. There are 2 fans, but that was not enough for us. We kept windows opened during the nights and mosquitoes were the problem #2. But overall the stay was very good!.

😊: Great house with all the amenities taken care of. The host was communicative and accessible at all times too!. 😢: The house faces the railway tracks and is in an industrial area of Ivry..
