Bel appartement moderne à Villeurbanne

😊: The location suited us. The apartment seemed to have been refurbished not too long ago. Decent furnishings and had a kettle, hair dryer, comfortable dining table and chair and bed.. 😢: After travelling for 28 hours (which I had informed the host about and requested a potential check-in by an hour or half hour earlier (depending on flights and travel)), so to my dismay I found the apartment was not cleaned at all. I was exhausted and had to chase the host (took over half hour to get hold of) and then had to leave the apartment for a couple of hours so they could clean it. I was hoping for a hot shower immediately after arriving after flying and travelling to the apartment for over 28 hours. So, I can't say I was pleased with the state of the apartment.
