😊: Apartment with everything you need for living. Nice location, close to metro.. 😢: These are more minor comments than real problems: No parking around the place. Quite noisy. Tiny shower..

😊: Fridge was stacked with essentials, so did not have to rush out to find food. Essentially feels like you are visiting friends or family..

😊: Beautiful apartment. Light and airy. Spotless. Close to Metro, restaurants and shops. Quiet spot for a few days in Paris, also easy to access all the well-known tourist attractions.. 😢: Mosquitoes after 7pm!!.

😊: Olivier was most accommodating, leaving food and drinks plus was easy to contact with any questions or concerns. The apartment is bright and comfortable. It was 30 degrees while we were there but we weren't too hot as there was a nice breeze that came through the windows. The washer/dryer was very convenient, given we had been doing a lot of travel. Although the location was at the end of the train line - we didn't mind that. It made it easy to navigate back to the apartment after sight seeing. The apartment was in walking distance to the train station, restaurants and groceries. As we had been travelling a lot, we found the apartment a great place to have a rest day, watching movies and relaxing, before heading out to do sight seeing.. 😢: The stairs were a challenge - especially with all of our suitcases but I would still highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Paris. Beware of Google Maps who (from the train station) initially sent us walking around the whole block (with suitcases), when the opposite way was much shorter..
