😊: Good value for money Spacious property Good location. 😢: No air con No fans available Not much interaction with any staff Could do with basic facilities onsite such as coffee vending machine or snacks.

😊: Beds were very comfortable Host responded to an issue and rectified it straight away The pool was great entertainment for the whole family The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean The Hoover was handy Lots of storage. 😢: The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner..

😊: The swimming pool.. 😢: There were no bed linen provided. You'd need to pay extra to have those added. For a private host, how much does it cost to have the beds laid with clean, fresh sheets? There was no mop in the apartment, the bathroom got flooded, and we had to use our own sheets to mop it up. The smell upon entering was very poor, I had to use my perfume all over the apartment to freshen it up. There was not even a bottle of water or milk or fruits as a welcome gesture. The bed and sofa bed were stiff and uncomfortable. The kids did not have a good time at all. The only plus to this apartment was the swimming pool, and when we called about the bathroom drainage being blocked, someone was sent to come fix it. We have stayed in other privately hosted apartments, and for the price of this for 2 nights, we expected much more!!.

😊: Clean (apart from the pillows) Swimming pool Location nice Balcony to sit on. 😢: We had a problem with the shower flooding the hallway inside the apartment and outside. We complained and was told a plumber would come out - no plumber just a lady who manages it and she put some bleach down the shower. The problem wasn’t fixed and she told us to use less water!? A proper plumber came out a day or so later and discovered it was actually a pipe behind the toilet that was leaking badly. After 4 days we were offered another apartment which was fine. Not a great start to our holiday I’m afraid and my 84 year old parents having to move everything up and down the lift. The bed was very hard and the sofa bed was most uncomfortable. We do know that the problem has now been fixed and the whole apartment floor has been revarnished so anyone booking it now should not have a problem..
