Bel appartement T3 avec parking

😊: Avignon is very pretty, and it is easy enough to get to the center with the tram.. 😢: We stayed only one night instead of two because the apartment was not suitable for five people. The sofa bed was already broken on arrival and could not be fixed when the host came to inspect it. The bedding in the main bedroom smelled of smoke, and the apartment was filled with very strong artificial fragrances from multiple dispensers, which made the stay uncomfortable. There were smears on the glass surfaces and a hole (from a cigarette) in the sofa, covered with a fluffy blanket. Despite the existing problems with the sofa bed, the host later attempted to charge us for damage that was already present. Luckily, we had photos documenting the condition, and Booking.com reviewed the case and resolved it in our favor. We appreciate Booking.com’s professional support in handling the situation..
