😊: Location and cleanliness. 😢: Not enough seats in the living room for all of us to sit together.

😊: It’s a beautiful 4 bedroom apartment overlooking the marina so in an excellent position, close to the shops and waterfront cafes. It has plenty of space and lots of kitchen equipment and washing machine. We were given access to the apartment at 1.15 pm which was great, and were given a slightly later checkout of 11 am. That really helped as it was raining and most places were closed on a Monday.. 😢: I struggled to communicate and get a timely response about locking up my new bicycle undercover and off the street. There wasn’t anywhere to leave it other than locked to a post outside in the rain. That caused me a lot of stress. If I had known. I wouldn’t have booked as it was really important to me. But I couldn’t get timely information. Communication wasn’t great. Second reason for a lower score is that for a luxury apartment, there was no soap, shampoo, tea and coffee or anything. We were charged 9 euros for sheets per bed and a similar amount for towels per person. We had to make the beds ourselves. And were asked to strip them and empty the bins outside. That’s didn’t impress me as I think we were charged a cleaning fee. Feels like there could be a bit more warmth in the customer offering to match the beautiful furnishings..
