Bel apt 6 pers, 2 chambres avec balcon et parking

😊: 2 decent sized balconies, spacious lounge. Good location in residential area - approx 15 walk to town centre. Good for walks and runs - 600m to beach (dogs only allowed on far ends on the beach after spring). No stairs to apartment (other than few steps to main entrance). Very quiet area during our stay (last week of April).. 😢: not very clean - dog hairs (clumps of it) and dust on every surface. Shower cubicle is oudated and yellow limescale. Basket of random personal belongings in bathroom is a bit meh - ditto cupboards in hallway and lounge. Random left over food items in kitchen and half eaten box of icecream in freezer is not what I would expect to find. Parking box not big enough for family sized car. On street parking a challenge during busy times - looks like it will be changed to paid parking. Lounge could do with another sofa (we were with 3 ppl and it was a squash). At night noisy as apartment is directly opposite entrance and lift (and smokers on other balconies - yuk).

😊: We were met by the concierge who provided us with the keys and showed us around. The property was very spacious, with enough room for our family of five to have their own space. The bathroom with double sinks was useful when all getting ready. The balcony’s were lovely and had the sun the majority of the day. The apartment complex was very quiet and relaxing..
