😊: Very good size for a family of 4.. 😢: Not very easy to understand the instructions..

😊: The appartement is big and the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and it was clean.. 😢: The matras was really soft and uncomfortable, the shower water didn’t warm up properly nor did the water go down the drain fast enough for the shower not to leak, the baby cot didn’t have any sheets..

😊: The park 3 bedrooms. 😢: Poo in the toilet Hair in the bed Mold around every sink A very used sponge Centre ville is 33 minute walk 3 high in the lesser part of the city of an flatcomplex Not sure if the car would be in the same state as we arrived Owner did not communicate through Booking or Whatsapp only by phone.

😢: A disastrous evening. We were unable to get in and waited for an hour to hear from the owner. The link sent to us did not open and we were unable to get contact via email or phone. Eventually the owner rang us but when we tried to call back there was no reply. The area felt unsafe. There were people taking drugs on the street near to us and people were looking into cars. We were receiving uncomfortable looks from people around us, especially from a male with an X bully dog. My husband decided we could wait no longer for our own safety and so we felt forced to leave. We were unable to find any other accommodation due to it being late and had no choice but to sleep in the car with our four children. I’m still not convinced this apartment exists and reviews are genuine. Very disappointing but fortunately our next few stays were amazing..
