Belle ancienne grande ferme de 200 ans avec piscine privée de 75 hectares

Our party of 16 had a really wonderful time staying in this farmhouse. The house and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful and full of charm. The house was brilliantly equipped and we were able to enjoy doing lots of cooking. The pool and outdoor area were so great that we didn’t want to leave the house much and spent most of the stay having pool days and playing games in the grounds. We will be back!

Fantastic property, full of character and great facilities. The kitchen is well stocked with all sorts of equipment. Loads of places to sit as a group both indoors and out. Bedrooms are comfy and spacious. The pool is amazing and gave hours of fun for everyone, as well as relief from the heat. Great beaches at lakes nearby where you can swim or hire kayaks/pedalos. The nearest supermarket is on the other side of the village making it very convenient. All round, a great location to relax! We had a great week and would highly recommended it.

J'ai réservé la propriété de Tim pour les 30 ans de mon conjoint et tout était au rendez-vous ! La propriété est magnifique, tant la maison que les extérieurs. Les activités ne manquent pas : pêcher sur le lac, faire du ping pong, sauter sur le trampoline, jouer à la pétanque et surtout... Se baigner dans cette immense piscine ! La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Aucun voisin aux kilomètres à la ronde, on s'y sent vraiment privilégiés. Tim a été un super hôte qui m'a envoyé toutes les informations à l'avance avec des instructions très claires et qui a accepté que les horaires d'arrivée et de départ puissent être ajustés. L'arrivée et le départ se sont fait en totale autonomie, comme à la maison. Après ses 4jours qui laisseront des souvenirs memorables, personne ne voulait partir et mon conjoint n'aurait pas pu rêver mieux pour ses 30ans ! J'écris jamais de commentaire mais là, je ne peux que vous recommander de séjourner là bas, ne passez pas à côté de cette opportunité 🙂.

La propriété est vraiment très grande et isolée au milieu d’un immense terrain. Idéal pour les après-midi soirée dans le jardin avec vue sur le lac. Excellente communication avec Tim, merci pour ce magnifique séjour !

This is an enormous property fully equipped with everything needed. Tim is very responsive. We only stayed four days but can see this being a great place to relax with family for a longer time. Our only real issue was that there were so many wasps that we couldn't really eat outside, and had to keep all doors and windows closed to avoid wasps coming into the house. Not sure if anything can be done about this given it is in the countryside but it was unfortunate. There are apple and pear and fig trees at the back of the garden and a lovely friendly farm cat that the kids adored. Overall we all loved our stay, and would definitely come again.

The ride up the gravel drive was just the beginning of 2 weeks in paradise. Beautiful, old farmhouse with plenty of room for the whole family, amazing kitchen, great swimming pool and enough to entertain adults and children day and night. Quiet area with necessary amenities and good restaurants a short drive from the house. We really had a great time and will definitely consider returning!!!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday at La Broulie, 6 adults & 9 children. We have been holidaying in France for 16 years and this property is by far our favourite. The farmhouse has so much character and charm. The kitchen is to die for if you love cooking, very very well equipped. The views from the pool are beautiful and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Ben was on hand for any problems and Tim was very quick to respond and was a great help. The kids loved exploring round the farmhouse and surrounding land, down to the large fishing lake. With bikes, trampoline and plenty of things to play with, they never got bored. We really hope to return one day.

What an AMAZING house (area) !! nice rooms , very nice kitchen and pool. We enjoyed ourself in the house/pool/flieds… BBQ/ fire basket... And the cat Tommi ! We had everything we needed. Beautifull location, all around the green, no neighbours. Cussac is very small. Less thing to do. 25-40 min drive needed for thing to do... I recommend this house to everyone ! Enjoy it !!
