Belle demeure avec piscine dans la Drôme parc du Vercors

We have recently had a wonderful holiday at Rochechinard. Rose and Pierre greeted us warmly on arrival and showed us round the property and from that moment we had a lovely time. The property has all we needed, was clean, spacious and is set in such a peaceful and picturesque setting. My family (wife and 2 daughters aged 4 and 9) enjoyed the pool and gardens immensely and we were lucky to have ideal weather. We were able to have some leisurely mornings at the property, enjoying breakfast, the pool and even the odd game of boules….before heading off for an afternoon exploring the area. Highlights were Pont-en-Royens, Tournon sur Rhone, Valence. As with other areas of France we have visited, Drome and the Vecours region are stunning, so even the drives were enjoyable. The property is set on 2 levels with views to the Gardens and pool area throughout, giving it a light and spacious feel. There is fantastic Air Conditioning for when it is hot, however all the windows are shuttered and so it was possible to keep the house nice and cool without the need for the a/c most of the time. To Rose and Pierre, thankyou. You were perfect hosts, were on hand if we needed but otherwise gave all the privacy we needed. Thankyou for helping make our holiday so memorable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rochechinard! Une formidable maison où l'on peut se laisser aller, se ressourcer grâce à cet espace vert où seul le bruit des feuilles règnent! Tout y est très bien aménagé par Pierre et Rose, des propriétaires très discrèts et bienveillants! De nombreux sites touristiques sont à découvrir dans les alentours, une très belle région.. Sans oublier cette très belle piscine où l'on a passé de très bons moments avec les enfants! A recommander sans hésiter!

Semaine inoubliable dans un endroit calme accueilli par des propriétaires chaleureux, la propriété est magnifique, le cadre enchanteur, Pierre et Rose adorables Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Il faut souligner la qualité de l’accueil de Rose et de Pierre qui nous ont fait découvrir des spécialités régionales tant à notre arrivée que lors d’un apéritif exceptionnel ! Gentillesse et disponibilité les caractérisent. Le cadre extérieur est idyllique immense parc, superbes arbres, belle piscine, barbecue, plusieurs espaces pour se reposer et bouquiner. Un peu moins enthousiastes pour l’intérieur, plus adapté pour 2 ( ce qui était notre cas) ou pour une famille avec des petits que pour 2 couples (une seule petite salle de bains et 1 scène au rez-de-chaussée). Par contre bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut. En résumé un excellent séjour dans une très belle région où il y a beaucoup a découvrir.

Merci à Pierre et Rose pour leur accueil chaleureux. Le logement est très spacieux. Le jardin est magnifique avec de grands arbres, des rochers, et même des totems. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine en journée ou soirée. Un vrai petit coin de paradis, formidable pour se ressourcer.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille (enfants de 10 à 14 ans). Idéalement située pour effectuer différentes randonnées (suggérées par Rose !), découvrir de somptueux paysages (Combe Laval, la Croix, ....), faire du canyoning (canyon de Leoncel), et autres visites. La maison est au calme et la piscine super appréciable ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les conversations avec Pierre et Rose. Nous recommandons vivement !!
