Je recommande cette location. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 15 et 12 ans. Grand jardin au calme. La maison est très bien placée en plein cœur des marais vendéens et proches du littoral, des plages, du fois et de l'île de Noirmoutier. La propriétaire charmante et disponible pour que votre séjour se passe à merveille. Merci pour tout !

Lovely house for our stay in St Jean De Monts. Lovely peaceful garden to sit in. The owners we delightful and non intrusive. The area was very close to local shops and the main town was not too far away. A great place to stay with plenty of local places of interest to visit.

Great gite for a base for visiting the area - loads of sleeping space but only one loo would make it a bit restrictive for families, but all facilities worked well. No cleaning substances or extras in house so you need to bring your own. Owners live next door but hardly saw them. Lovely shady garden for sitting out but as it was not that hot when we were there, we didn't find the best places! Private parking. All in all a good place to stay in the area if you don't want to be in the busy resort, and convenient for visiting the local area - lovely wildlife and good flat roads for cycling

Perfect for relaxing, a base to explore the area - the Vendee is wonderful out of season - so much space and so few tourists. Cottage spacious, perfect for 4-6 people but we were but two. Owners are lovely too, helpful and friendly.

Wir sind eine 5 köpfige Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 2-7 Jahren und haben nun schon zum dritten Mal unseren Familien Urlaub in diesem kleinen Häuschen in Le Perrier verbracht. Das Haus ist super geeignet für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Wir sind immer sehr herzlich von den netten Vermietern empfangen worden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder können in dem großen, abgeschlossenen Garten toben und mit den zahlreichen Spielgeräten spielen. Durch die wirklich sehr ruhige Lage etwas abseits vom Ortskern, kann man auch in der Hauptferienzeit super entspannen. Im Haus findet man alles was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt lediglich Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Die Vermieter sind wie bereits erwähnt sehr nett und helfen gerne in jeder Situation (zB bei der Suche nach einem Arzt am Sonntag) unkompliziert weiter. Dabei sind sie aber völlig unaufdringlich. Wenn sie nicht vor Ort sind gibt es immer einen Kontakt in der Nähe für Notfälle oder Fragen. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden auch unsere nächsten Urlaube dort verbringen.

The cottage had all you could need and the owners were very nice and unobtrusive. We really enjoyed staying here and it made a wonderful base in which to explore the area.
