Belle maison avec grande terasse à 10 minutes en train de Paris centre et 6 min à pied de la gare et du centre ville

😊: It had everything you needed. Maybe bring a wash cloth, but the rest was available. Beds were comfortable. It had old-world charm complete with wooden steps that squeaked in certain places and reminded us of visiting our grandparents. Patio was furnished, and it even had a grill for warm weather. We were there in cooler weather and haven't used it, but found the house walkable to the metro, and there is an excellent artisinal bakery 10 minutes away on a shopping street by the metro station. Very quiet street. Under 20 € with bolt from the Champs Elysee. Or 10€ for 4 ppl via metro. We used both and found it great. Traveled as 4 single ladies each with a room and sharing a bathroom per floor.. 😢: Driveway is steep and very narrow. SUV would not fit- only car. Top floor had low sloped ceilings which you really needed to be careful of. 1 friend had a bad bump although she is quite short. (Just things to keep in mind- we would 100% visit again and recommend to our friends.).

😊: - Spotlessly clean house - Minimalist furniture, which made it really convenient and safe for toddlers - Lovely terrace to enjoy - Quiet and safe neighborhood, easy walking distance to the train - Driveway parking was very handy. 😢: Everything was great. But if I really had to mention one small detail, the driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles (7-seater SUV)..

😊: The owner is very kind. It was easy to find the house and the keys. The house was clean and in a quiet community. We were 8 people and it was perfect for our business trip. Highly recommended!.
