The property was beautiful, interesting and still retaining many original features. There was so much space inside. The two children and their parents had a downstairs section of the house with their own bedroom and little lounge with TV when they needed chill out time. The kitchen had every utensil you could possibly need. The gorgeous heated pool was the centre of our family holiday, ( 2 children, one aged two the other seven) loved the play equipment. The grounds are huge and so much space for out little dog. The property is about 10 minutes easy walk into the village. The property is in a central position for visiting several attractions including Bordeau St. Emillion, Lac Gurson and many more. Supermarkets are approximately 10 mins away. Our contact with Tracy was superb, always able to help and advise on places to visit, nothing was too much trouble.

We stay in Villefranche almost every year and struggle to find large properties. We were delighted when this property came on the market and we were able to book it for the summer. The property did not disappoint it is very spacious with lots of different rooms for people to chill in. The house has a great layout which meant it was so easy for the children/adults to use the pool and get dressed before entering the main part of the house. The outside has lots of different seating areas all with the most amazing views. The children had a great time playing on the swings and toys provided. The hosts were fantastic, very accommodating and always on hand if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for future rentals. 10 out of 10
