A wonderful holiday home to...<br>#128578; Its a large house with a beautiful view over the river. Lots of walks in the area, a few bars and restaurants, October is end of the season but some where still open. Its a lovely area of France and we will return.<br>#128577; Nothing we loved every minute of it.

The property could be amazing and is in the best location but it was very dirty on arrival and one of the toilets did not flush. I would say in its present state, it is not fit for rental. The beds had plastic protectors which were very sweaty! The bathrooms are quite disgusting and one of the showers was actually just a trickle. Despite this the location is fab and it is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay which was helped by the weather and fact it was a family get together. The service fee should not have been applied as the property was really not clean.

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely house for the month of October. We loved the great home from home feeling, the house is very comfortable and very well equipped, beds comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There are a few great restaurants within easy walking distance of the house. It is a beautiful quiet area great for touring the Charente region. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Our thanks to the owners a definite 10/10 for this lovely property.
