A super stay and a great space to celebrate a large family birthday (20 people).Lots of interest for kids and well equipped though sometimes finding things in the chaotically arranged kitchen storage areas proved a challenge.Beds were spotlessly clean though the large house was dusty in parts.Overall we loved our stay so thank you

- beautiful house with plenty of space for large groups and small children- beautiful, large park-like property- The surroundings are very rural and quiet, which we really enjoyed. Those who prefer a more urban setting will have a harder time finding them; there are no bakeries, cafes, restaurants or small grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. The nearest larger town with good shopping options is about 18 km away.- the advertising pictures correspond essentially to reality, but it would be really helpful to give a reference between the pictures and the list of rooms and bath rooms. For example, many rooms have an en-suite bathroom, but in the main house 4 rooms share one bathroom which is not clear from the picture or the list of bathrooms. In addtition, it would also be interesting to see the room layout between the main house and the annex. Even though many of the pictures show a fireplace, none of them can be used, which is a bit unfortunate.- The deposit is easily handled via an online service, no cash required- Summary, we loved the house and the location and we can definetly recommt it to large group of friends / family with children.

what a price for such a nice villa. We came with 25 friends, and it was perfect. 2 separate villas, a huge garden and a lot of stuff to do. Landlady was super cute and nice. It is even nicer than the pictures.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment à la propriété. Les chambres sont bien rénovés et spacieuses. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place pour passer un bon séjour. La vue est magnifique.

A l’occasion d’un anniversaire nous avons réservé la maison pour sa capacité d’hébergement et aussi le cadre, j’ai rien a dore a part que tout s’est passé à merveille.

réuni pour un anniversaire, nous avons passé un superbe séjour d'une semaine au Clos Latour. maisons très propre et rationnelle. grande piscine bien venue avec ce climat. Gisèle et son époux (gardiens) sont à votre écoute et toujours disponible, bravo à eux. je conseille aussi la charcuterie Roussel à Is/thile pour le service traiteur parfait. une suggestion quand même au propriétaire : un éclairage plus efficace sur la terrasse pour le dîner et les soirées d'été.

Wir haben eine Woche mit der Familie dort verbracht. Die Häuser haben viel Platz und sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Bausubstanz ist das Alter allerdings anzusehen. Wünschenswert wäre ein Bad im Erdgeschoss. Die Krönung ist der parkähnliche Garten mit Pool. Das Dorf war während der Woche wie ausgestorben. Supermarkt und Tankstelle sind 20km entfernt. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war nur in französich möglich. Bei Ankunft wurde eine Kaution in Höhe von 30% der Miete als Scheck verlangt! Das ist zumindest für Deutschland ungewöhnlich und bedarf der Vorbereitung. Widerwillig wurde die Kaution auch in bar akzeptiert.

We were a large family group who rented both houses during the summer of 2019. Our family group spanned three generations and we found the property to be perfect for our holiday needs. We were able to combine days at the house, relaxing at the pool or going for walks in the charming surroundings, with day trips to wine districts and towns such as Beaune and Chablis. The local bakery is a short morning walk up the hill. Dijon, with its shops and museums, is a 50-minute drive, but the roads are good and the drive feels like less. We saw a family of otters a few kilometers along the road to Langres and we often saw birds of prey, foxes and deer as well as other local wildlife. All in all, it proved to be a very good location for our group and we would definitely visit the area again. The houses have been modernized and had all of the facilities that we required in the property, which is also walled and gated. There were very good kitchen facilities and a number of activities to keep both children and adults occupied while relaxing at the house. The hosts were generally friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. There was some slight confusion about the deposit and we would also recommend that you receive instructions for the pool house before using it (it's an advantage if you have a French speaker in the group). Apart from that all communication was good and helpful and we appreciated the written information from the hosts in the house itself. We would thoroughly recommend the property.
