Belle Villa au calme. Vue panoramique exceptionnelle et magnifique piscine !

The house is great, it is modern, very well equipped and well appointed. The pool is slightly above the house rather than adjacent to it, but has the most breathtaking view over the surrounding hills and is heated to 28 degrees! Andree, the property manager couldn't do enough for us and lives a three minute walk away so any questions (like how to switch things on, where to find things) were dealt with straight away. It is a lovely area, though be aware that its at the top of a steep hill so you will need a car. Having said that though, the beaches of Cannes and Theole are only 35 minutes away, as are the villages of Mougins and Valbonne, so its very well located for day trips. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend the house.

The location is truly stunning. Set on the hillside overlooking the valley. It is really a spectacular view. The property is modern and very well kitted out with high quality fixtures and fittings. The property was spotless on arrival. Check in and pre-arrival information was timely and thorough. The pool is set away from the house, which for us was perfect with young babies and toddlers. It is totally gated and a safe space. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our needs were meet; even buying a stair gate to ensure the safety for our youngest. There are lots of toys and inflatables for the pool - its just perfect for young children and families. Andree, the local property manager, was fabulous. She was on hand if ever needed. I would highly recommend this house for families, or groups of friends.

Benoît hat alles richtig gemacht. Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Einrichtung inkl. der Gartenmöbel sind skandinavisch zurückhaltend. Der Blick ist wunderbar, vom hervorragendem Pool kann man sogar das Meer sehen! Mehr geht nicht!

Merci à Benoît pour ce magnifique hébergement. Merci à Andrée pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. J’ai pu réunir mes enfants et petits enfants à la découverte de la région. Nous avons adoré l’ameublement. Tout était conforme à la description. Une superbe vue, la tranquillité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande ce lieu sans hésitation.
