This house is absolutely stunning. It's in a fantastic elevated location (but no massive hike involved to get to it!) with a fabulous lake view. We stayed in late September and the weather was so good we were lucky enough to use the great bbq a number of times. The house itself is very modern and clean. The three 1st floor bedrooms have great en suites and all fixtures and fittings are really high quality throughout. You can easily reach the cycle path or the main road, which has an amazing boulangerie, within a 2 minute walk from the house. Philippe (Chalet owner) has bikes to rent which is great and is always easy to contact should you need anything (and he only lives next door!). Overall, an incredible, modern, spacious and clean house in a fantastic location in arguably the most beautiful landscape in the world. You'd be mad not to stay here.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a lovely time (with just my wife and child) its a large house set in a good location, just back from the main road going around the Lake of Annecy. Its around 5 minutes (max) to the lakes edge by foot OR 1 minute on a bike! it is elevated from the Lake so you get a really good view of both Lake and mountains from the front terrace. the house is immaculate and very high spec and Philippe (the owner) is an absolute gentleman...as is his son - Guillaume. They also rent bikes and speak good english - which made our stay so pleasant and stress free. Its also very secure and safe (electric gates etc) and we will stay there again 100% - its the best place we have stayed in Annecy so far - and not far from the town either (10 mins by bike / 5 mins by car) thank you again Philippe!
