Belle villa individuelle de trois chambres avec piscine privée et beaux jardins

Maison bien située et au calme. La maison est fonctionnelle et grande. La piscine est exposée au soleil le matin et jusque 16h-17h. Le jardin est beau, ombragé. De belles visites sont à faire aux alentours. La proximité de supermarchés, de lieux de visite est un plus. Rob et Kate communiquent très bien avec nous, donnent des explications détaillées et sont disponibles pour toutes questions. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette location.

Agréable maison très spacieuse ( très vaste pièce à vivre et salon avec cuisine ouverte) . La terrasse est très reposante avec la vue sur l’espace piscine , très joliment paysagé . Située dans un environnement très calme , avec vue dégagée sur les montagnes . Idéale pour se ressourcer ! De nombreuses visites aux alentours car le village se trouve à la frontière de 3 départements . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et réactifs . Nous recommandons cette location !

Un très beau jardin fleuri avec une piscine très propre ( 1 personne venant la nettoyer tous les 3 jours) et une terrasse où manger (barbecue disponible). Intérieur très propre et frais, avec une décoration soignée. De belles balades à faire aux alentours; un marché et une crêperie sympathiques à Esperaza; Carcassonne et les châteaux cathares à distance raisonnable

Très belle location, meublée avec goût entourée d'un joli jardin en espalier, très fleuri et d'une agréable piscine. Il a fait bon de s'y reposer. L'environnement est riche en visites ( châteaux Cathares, gorges sauvages, Carcassonne, ..). Nous nous sommes régalés et Je recommande vivement la villa de Kate et Rob. Merci pour ce séjour

We had a lovely week long stay with the family. The villa is really well equipped, very clean and modern inside with everything you need including pool towels for all 5 of us. Plenty of sun beds too. We bbq’d most nights. Two bikes that we made good use of as well. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing holiday. Ventured out to the day market on the Sunday morning, the evening Monday market with live music and food stalls and dinner at Chateaux le Renne which is worth a visit alone for the spectacular views. The owners Rob and Kate communicated via email swiftly and well both before and during our stay. Thank you so much.

The property with the swimming pool was great. Loved the garden with all the fruit trees. The views from the pool area were very good. The only down side was we had two very hot days which occurred throughout Europe at the end of our stay where we could have done with some sort of air conditioning or even some fans but we did use the pool most days to cool down.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean and absolutley well maintained. Lovely garden and poolarea with nice views. Short walking to Esperaza village, where you can find a view restaurants and supermarkets, drink a beer/wine at the local pub etc. (as mentioned before:) Esperaza is quite small and does not offer too much entertainment- but we liked it! Friendly people everywhere! Dont miss the market on sundays!!! Its really a highlight. A car is needed to explore the surroundings. There is sooo much to see. The houseowner was always helpful and took very good care of our needs and questions.
