Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Nikita. Tout était propre et extrêmement bien agencé. L’hôte Nikita était d’une gentillesse sans nom, toujours prêt à faire ce qu’il faut pour satisfaire ses clients même en situation confuse. Il nous a grandement aidé. Nous avons réussi à fêter le mariage de ma fille dans une belle ambiance idyllique, sans aucun problème, tout le monde était très content. Nous espérons revenir très bientôt pour passer quelques jours de nouveau dans la Villa Nikita. Merci encore !

We stayed at Villa Nikita for almost two weeks and got to know the property well. We consider ourselves connoisseurs of five-star hotel travel and found the Villa Nikita among the most beautiful, complete, well-managed, and meticulously maintained rental properties we've ever encountered. The location is superb -- a quiet residential neighborhood, breathtaking views, close to a well-stocked grocery store (5 minute walk) and the Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc (4 minute walk). Yes, we timed the walks. We were impressed with the level of responsiveness afforded to us. It was easy to communicate with the owner by text message or WhatsApp, and he could not have been more courteous and friendly. The homeowner has written a helpful manual that describes the neighborhood and all the various stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and other features. We found the owner's suggestions quite helpful. The home has a redundant internet connection through two separate internet providers (ADSL and wireless high-speed 4G). The internet was ample for us to conduct our daily work and watch streaming content on Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime. The home is equipped with a late generate Apple TV, a beautiful Sony HD television, and a high-end sound system. The kitchen was well-organized and included high-end stemware, glassware, and plateware. The kitchen features luxury brand appliances and has everything one would expect for comfortable daily living. We especially loved the built-in Gaggenau coffee maker, which we used multiple times per day. The cleanliness of the Villa Nikita cannot be overstated. We are tough judges of cleanliness, and we were hard-pressed to find even a speck of dust throughout the house. All bathrooms were well-stocked. The landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained. We felt very secure at the Villa Nikita. The home is well-lit and has an alarm system. The home's automated shutters on all windows, on all three floors, worked well and gave the home an added level of comfort and security. Although we have no children, the property is kid-friendly. It has plenty of back yard space, a gorgeous pool, a trampoline. In summary, the Villa Nikita is a slice of heaven, and we are already planning to return next year. If you have the chance to hire this property, do so with confidence that you'll have a great trip.
