Belle villa normande près d'Etretat pour 16 personnes à 5 min de la mer

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est bien équipée, espaces agréables, nous avons pu profiter du jardin avec le beau temps, et super bien accueillies. On recommande, merci pour tout !

We enjoyed our week in Normandy. There was plenty of space in the house and garden for our large group (seven adults, seven teenagers and a dog!), and the house is well-located a short drive away from several lovely beaches and towns. Karine was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to messages, both before and during our visit. A few things to be aware of. Some of the bedrooms can only be reached through other bedrooms, which isn't clear from the description. This would work well for families with younger children, but wasn't ideal for a group of adults and teenagers. And while the description lists four bathrooms, there are actually only two showers and three toilets (one of which wasn't working properly during our visit). This detail is easy to miss in the description. The kitchen area is also very small for such a large house, though it has a good oven and hob, plus two fridges and two freezers. Overall, the house was good value for money, and a good base for a large group to explore a beautiful area.

Un gîte spacieux au calme avec un grand jardin. Belle cheminée dans le salon. Très agréable si le temps est correct. Pour les grands groupes, la cuisine et le salon peuvent être un peu juste s'il pleut.

Tout était bien avec un petit regret cependant le manque d’éclairages d’appoint dans les chambres, et l’impossibilité d’occulter certaines fenêtres à l’étage ( par chance il y avait du soleil qui a sonné le réveil plus tôt que nous n’aurions voulu). La grandeur du jardin a permis une super chasse aux œufs de Pâques , et nous avons profité pleinement du confort de la terrasse. Merci.

Sehr schönes Landhaus in einer schönen Gegend der Normandie, in dem wir zu 11. sehr viel Platz hatten. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We spend 2 weeks in this beautiful house. 3 generations under one roof, and everybody enjoyed it a lot. My mom is handicapped and needs a wheelchair to get around. Also the doors were just wide enough they were still a bit tight and she couldn't use the shower as it has a 30 cm ledge to overcome. So it's not really handicap friendly... For the rest of us it was great! The yard is huge and beautiful. It is very peaceful there as the house is set back from the main road. There is only 1 direct neighbour, but almost hidden by big trees and shrubs. The other sides are fields with linen and sheep, which the kids loved. The yard is well equipped with loungers, compfy chairs and a big dining tables with enough chairs for 16 people! We loved the stone bbq and used it a few times to prepare dinner. The kitchen is well equipped as well for cooking. We had everything we needed and more...You will also find an espresso machine and normal coffee machine for your daily fix, as well as a water cooker, if you prefer tea. The house itself has many nice bed rooms to choose from with compfy beds and lots of pillows! I could go on and on, but bottom line is we would all love to come back one day, if possible having such a good time here! Thank you, Elene and family!

Ideally located, south orientation (sunshine throughout the day) and very clean this beautiful villa is not far from the beach and only 10 minutes from the Port and its restaurants, shops. Thank you to the owners for the availability and the welcome gift ! It was a very nice stay. We loved the Normandy and we will be back again.

Deep in the Normandy countryside, but close to the sea, this beautiful location was a good place to celebrate our family Christmas 2017! We were 8 adults and 7 small children and there was enough space for all of us. The enormous woodfire was burning when we arrived and the hosts were very pleasant and eager to please. We arrived a little earlier than announced, and they came to pick some of us up from the Fecamp railway station anyway. The directions to find the house could be a little more specific. The house number is not marked and so it is easy to drive past it, since it is not situated on the road itself. The house was very clean, not luxurious or very modern, but cosy and very suitable for our 3 young families and two older people. It was nice that the big garden could be closed off, so that the children could play without worries. It is a quiet and beautiful area, with good views all around.
