Belle villa Périgourdine avec piscine

😊: Great position 10 minutes walk into bergerac old town.

😊: The location was really good. A short walk into Bergerac. The rooms were spacious.. 😢: The villa was advertised with a swimming pool. However upon arrival it was extremely dirty, to the point we couldn’t use. It fundamentally changed our holiday. We contacted the owner as soon as we were aware of the situation. Spent time on our holiday trying to find a solution but owner was unprofessional suggesting that the pool had been cleaned and treated on Monday (this was not 2.5 days of dirt), then stopped contact all together. The inconvenience of having to plan and pay for other activities as we have planned to have two pool days in the clean heated pool as advertised. Followed all the advice about contacting owner while there - no resolution offered. The pool being unusable is considered a substantial problem that affects the overall value and enjoyment of the villa. The lack of empathy and understanding is one thing but the requirement to not provide a swimming pool when advertising. We specifically chose the villa for the swimming pool, location and size. It was a few days away to celebrate a my birthday which was ruined not just by the lack of pool but by the owners lack of response and action!.

😊: Great location for the town with great facilities.

😊: We have just returned from a fantastic stay in this house in Bergerac. The photos show a true representation of the house. We found the home both comfortable and clean. The pool area was lovely, and the home owner was easy to contact and very friendly. The house is situated just over the bridge from the town, only about a 5-10 minute easy walk. The airport is around 10 minutes away by car. Four of the bedrooms are upstairs along with one toilet but no sink. Downstairs, there is a family shower room with a sink and a separate toilet and sink room. There is also a master bedroom with an ensuite shower/sink but no door between the rooms..
