Belle villa rénovée avec piscine au pied du Mont Ventoux - Proche de Marseille

The villa itself is beautiful, clean, really well-equipped and peaceful. The pool and patio area is lovely. The villa is not within walking distance of shops or restaurants but if you’re driving it’s a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Supermarkets are less than 10 mins drive away. We were disappointed in the communication and service. Aurelie is the owner and messaged us via the Vrbo chat prior to our arrival. Abritel manage the rental and we had no communication from them until they requested this review. Our check in was complicated as our flight was delayed so we did not arrive at the pre agreed time. Aurelie seemed to be passing messages between me and Abritel which ultimately led to us waiting outside the villa to be let in (not much fun in the heat and after a longer journey with a 4 year old). In the end the very nice gardener with some English let us in to the garden and eventually the cleaner with no English let us into the house. Abritel made no attempt to contact us after this and we checked out 10 days later without having spoken to anyone else. Only the gardener came a few days later to check the pool. We only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms so we used the sheets and towels from these but no fresh were offered or provided. For these reasons we thoroughly recommend Aurelie’s villa but cannot recommend Abritel as they provided us with no service whatsoever.
