😢: Right next to the rail way and 4th floor without elevator may not be easy for everybody with suitcases, We took it as fitness excisise but should be known.

😊: The apartment inside was very nice.. 😢: We were informed the same day in the morning that we needed to pay a deposit of 350 euros, without which we would not receive the code for the keys. This was highly inconvenient. The apartment is a a last floor (5th floor?) without lift. Very old and narrow spiral staircase. Not practical for families with small kids or if you carry big luggage..

😊: The apartment is spacious, offered at a fair price, and has good internet with the convenience of parking by the house.. 😢: However, there are significant downsides. The biggest issue is the 350-euro deposit—this is both unexpected and unacceptable, especially since it’s asked after payment is made through Booking.com. The amount is excessive for an apartment rental (it’s not a car!), and being required to share credit card information with an unknown service provider feels unsafe and unprofessional. Another major issue was the terrible mattresses. All three nights were miserable as I tried different beds and even the couch, but the mattresses were so soft that I couldn’t sleep for more than four hours each night. This alone ruined the stay. Other inconveniences include noise from the train station and the fact that the apartment is on the top floor, requiring you to carry all your luggage up. Overall, while the space and internet were good, the deposit policy and lack of sleeping comfort make it hard to recommend..
