De supers vacances passées dans...<br>#128578; Une très très belle vue. Confortable pour une famille nombreuse. Un village hyper agréable calme et magnifique. Beaucoup d’activités à faire autour sans trop de kilomètres.<br>#128577; Le manque de modernité ou plutôt un coup de fraîcheur. Elle mérite tellement d’être rénovée. L’extérieur avait l’air d’être abandonné.

It was our second stay at this house. This time we were with our 5 months baby - girl. I was afraid that it will be difficult to travel with the baby, but I worried in vain - all was perfect. We had everything we could think of. Amazing weather, silence, clean, fresh air, well-equipped, clean, cozy house, always ready to help, friendly manager. Especially I liked the kitchen - I'm fond of cooking. I could cook with comfort everything I wanted, even very delicious burgers, using tefal grill. Our baby enjoyed sleeping under the apricot tree in the very nice garden. We had very romantic dinners at the balcony with my husband after our daughter fell asleep. We are very greatful to the owner for the solicitude, care for guests with the child. We are definitly recommend this property to our friends, and I'm sure we are going to visit it not once again! It was a wonderful family vacation!

Me and my husband spent 9 nights at the villa, and we enjoyed every minute of our romantic getaway! We easily found the villa location and we were really surprised by the nice, peaceful, restful atmosphere around. It was always a safe parking place for our car in front of the villa's window. We had no problems with parking. The villa is a large, comfortable house with 4 nice bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds). This villa is suitable for a large family with children or few couples. It has 2 bathrooms. We liked very much an elegant living room with breathtaking mountains view. I enjoyed impressive sunrises from the balcony accompanied by the bells from a nearby monastery. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary things. For me it was a great pleasure to cook a delicious breakfasts and dinners in the well thought-out kitchen (almost like I have at home). Dishwashing machine, fridge, electric stove, pots, different pans, coffee maker, french press, beautiful wine glasses, condiments for cooking - we had everything we could think of. The villa has a small, very cute garden with oven grill and garden furniture. We had a great pleasure in cooking barbecue in the garden with mountains views, surrounded by greenery (even mimosa were blooming!), the singing birds and the crystal clear air. There were excellent wi-fi throughout the villa, HD-television, DVD-player in the living room. The villa is equipped with modern air conditioners. There is one super cool thing - table for ping pong! We had a couple of emotional ping pong games :) There are a lot of supermarkets not far away from the villa. We preferred Carrefour and Achan. There are a lot of places of interest to visit (especially with children). We are big fans of hiking and we were happy to find out not far from the villa a lot of beautiful routes to conquer. I definitely want to go back and spend a few weeks in the summer in this very beautiful and quiet area. We dream to come back to this place with our children - perfect nature, delicious food, fruits and vegetables from the farms around, safe and peaceful atmosphere, comfortable house, a lot of interesting places to visit - ideal for relaxation. We are grateful for the well-appointed house, where really want to go back.

This property has all the basic requirements for a stay in the Prades area. It sleeps 8 comfortably but could sleep 11 using available bed. Anna was excellent at keeping in touch and ensuring that all questions were answered. The aircon is a godsend in the hotter months - the temperature at night rarely dropped below 20 degrees! Many places of interest to visit close by. Prades itself is an unusual mix of locals and visitors and for such a small place is very busy. Plenty of places to eat. The walk back from town is OK - just the last uphill bit that catches your breath! We went to Andorra for a few days and that was different too. Be sure to go to the thermal baths at Saint Thomas. Smelly (sulphur) but enjoyable. The house has most of the facilities required for a stay. The garden is compact and the BBQ came in handy on a few occasions. All in all a pleasant rental that would suit a family visiting the area.

We love the house and the place, so are going to come back again - for the third time! Last time we were 5: 3 adults with 2 kids. We occupied all 4 bedrooms and were happy. I think this villa can accommodate up to 8 - in comfort or even 10 people, if part of them are kids. We adored the view and were spending much time on the balcony. The view is really gorgeous! We enjoyed barbeque in the garden and even ate apricots from the tree! We like the furnishing, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Our kids played ping-pong almost every day. We explored thermal baths and spa centers of the region and found 3 great places within easy reach. The one we liked most of all was St Thomas thermal resort with an open-air pool located in the most picturesque surroundings. We went to the sea several times though were not lucky about the weather. We also had an intensive sight seeing program: St Michael abbey (walked on foot), Royal Palace in Collioure (drive by car, about 40 min), Perfume Tower in Mosset (by car, 15 min), a beautiful artists’ village of Eus (by car, 5 min), ramparts of Villefranche (10 min by car), and Prades itself is a charming little town with very friendly people. We enjoyed Tuesday markets and bought a lot of things that were not quite necessary but somewhat irresistible. In a nutshell: it’s a great place for all ages. And we will like to come again this summer or autumn.
