BERNARDINE - Hyper Centre Reims Parking Inclus - Three-Bedroom Apartment

😊: We found the key collection and access to the property stressful. First, check in was 5pm. Keys in different location to the property then it was not clear how to get in. there were 2 doors with No5 on Rue Noël but the entrance was in the car park.. 😢: No blinds/curtains in the bedroom; not very good kitchen equipment - no toaster etc. It would have been tricky to cook a meal for more than 2..

😊: - Apartment was as described, neat and clean - Fantastic location - Comfortable beds - Good heating (which we needed as outside temperature was only 7 degrees!) - Good coffee machine - Well equipped kitchen overall. 😢: - Instructions to get into the flat and find the parking space were terrible - There are no door numbers inside the apartment block and the silly door label had fallen on the floor so very difficult to work out which door to enter (is this normal in French apartments?) - The toilet is on a separate floor to the bathroom (!) and is in a very very small room - awkward to use.

😊: Excellent location in centre of Reims. Parking on site.. 😢: Some areas of the accommodation not very clean..

😊: Location very central. 😢: Quite tight. Minimal room around the table. Double bed at 1,40m. Toilet door had no lock.

Otherwise fantastic and comfortable accommodation....<br>#128578; Great location clean and comfortable.<br>#128577; Had to get some basics like dish cloths and rubbish instructions weren’t clear. Would have been good to know where the recycling was for bottles and food waste. Not enough tea towels for our stay or iron yet there was an ironing board.

Appartement de charme très bien...<br>#128578; La situation centrale,la décoration faite avec bon goût, la literie ont été très appréciés.<br>#128577; La vaisselle très insuffisante pour cuisiner. Les verres sont vraiment à renouveler ! Il manque des bols, des couverts,absence de louche, de théière, de grille pain, de planche à découper, de couteau à pain ....bref dommage car l appartement est de qualité.

Super we découverte de Reims...<br>#128578; Bel appartement chaleureux, proche du centre ville, idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Très belle déco et belle luminosité.<br>#128577; Étant allergique à la poussière, le ménage pourrait être plus soigné. La vaisselle est un peu abîmée pour cuisiner.
