Best Place - Studio hyper centre ville d'Arras

😊: The place is very fonctional, well furnished. It is close to restaurants and shops.. 😢: It can be loud late in the evening as it is overlooking restaurants and bar, but it was to be expected. Nothing earplugs can’t fix! :).
