Between Nice and Monaco, peace and breathtaking views

We travelled as a family of five adults. From finding the property to leaving everything was perfect. One of us is a wheelchair user and the property is completely accessible with zero steps. It’s about 30 minutes to Nice, 50 minutes to Monaco and there are lots of little towns to explore! I would definitely recommend a trip up to Le Broc. You need a car to get about easily but the walk down to the bakery each morning was a good way to get the steps in and fresh breakfast supplies before lazing by the pool. The balcony has sun all day and the sunsets across the mountains are magical. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

I stayed at the property with my parents for 5 nights and we absolutely loved it - the villa is amazing and the jacuzzi is a great addition! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautifully perched on the top of a hill overlooking the town of st. Martin du var. The house is designed with the view in mind, facing west you get incredible sunsets sitting in the pool or hot tub. Everything was clean and new and worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place.
