😊: situation et vue, parking, équipements. 😢: 1 seul trousseau de clés pour 5 (2 couples et une personne seule.!) rendant impossible l'indépendance de chacun pendant un sejour de 5 jours. appel a la conciergerie qui n 'a pu régler ce problème le descriptif de la marina pourrait être plus précis : marina sur 4 niveaux, 3ème chambre sous le toit en mezzanine ouverte sur l'escalie avec 1 velux comme seule ouverture. pas de climatisation (c'etait prévu) mais nous étions en période de canicule (41° à Deauville), la marina devient alors vite une bouilloire thermique ( pas de volets occlusifs).

😊: Un très bel appartement avec une jolie vue. Emplacement idéal au centre de Deauville. 😢: Sans objet.

😊: Really comfortable apartment with amazing view om the beach. Walk distance to the center of Deauville and Trouville. We had a great time with our family, there are three real comfortable bedrooms and a very enjoyable living room that could host us 6. Highly recommend..

😊: The view is nice. The kitchen and the washing machine was great. Sleeping was great in there.. 😢: Let’s start with the fact that Booking.com said there is a price for arriving between 8-10. I was traveling alone while 8 months pregnant with 4 children (11,12,1,2) and I did everything alone, so we arrived at 9:15, well, the person who texts you was really rude about it, I almost cried when I finally arrived to meet someone who was very kind to us at least. Second, there are a lot of steps until you get to the first floor to use the lift to go to the 3rd. We had a very hard time bringing up the babies, bags, pusette, but that’s life. At least the parking was close. Third, the SMELL , OMG it is soooooo bad!!!! The whole place smells of seagull poop and mold in the pipes and excessive mold in the main bathroom. This was a thick black mold visibly sitting on the airflow machine in every bathroom but mostly in the main bedroom shower and toilet. Forth, the caretaker after being very rude about our arrival, asked us to put ourselves into danger to plug in the sunshade machine at 4 m hight because she is small. We arrived to our “amazing view apartment” with a full on shade not moving up at all because of the faulty machine, so we were asked to plug it in, but she never even said thanks after managing to get on the top of two tables to make it work. I was legit afraid for my husbands safety during this. Wtf. In reality, as guests I should have demanded her to call a mechanic or bring a ladder to make the view visible at all, not the other way around. Fifth, the staires inside the apartment are not very bad but indeed there are many, so its not great with youmger kids than ours. Also the doors open up by themselves. We had to bring other furniture in front of the main bedroom door in order to have it closed. Fifth, it is a hell of a lot of steps to get to the plage because you have to go around the whole marina first. Well, that you can easily predict in advance , but it is still not convenient..
