A great place to stay and conveniently positioned for the main centre. The builders yard next door does lead to some haphazard parking and some early mornings however.

We had such a lovely stay in Biarritz! The house is beautiful and location was good, just a little walk to the beach and center. Also Claire is a super host, good communication and very friendly!

The property is really cute and totally functional for all we needed for resting, sleeping and cooking, eating at home. Comfortable all round and the location was perfect- close to shops and restaurants and beach - walking and driving. The owner was welcoming and delightful.

We loved this cottage-style property. It is very bright and well-proportioned and very tastefully decorated. We loved the outdoor space which was very private and sunny, particularly in the morning. We got great value from the bikes which we used to get around Biarittz and Anglet. We also enjoyed longer trips to Bayonne along the cycle route. The house was very well equipped and so well laid out. We used the Wifi which was very fast and easy to connect to. The house is very well located, being 5 minutes walk from St Charles and around 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes on bike) to the centre of Biarittz. Denis was a very welcoming, pleasant and helpful host. He gave us great advice on everything from local supermarkets and restaurants to picturesque jogging/cycling routes.

My wife and I have just returned from a 2 week break in this truly lovely house, it is every bit as charming as depicted in the photos online. We found it well located to shops, beach and town centre. Well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for the kitchen (above average in comparison to most other holiday rental accommodation I have experience) - they even had a BBQ - which I was really delighted about! Located on a quiet street you can really kick back and relax in the delightful garden. We also found the owner, Claire, is a really lovely woman. Very welcoming and full of helpful tips about the locality and restaurants in the area I wouldn't hestitate to recommend this to anybody and if I'm Biarritz area again I will certainly be staying here. A perfect location for exploring the area

We had a great stay at this house (two adults one child) and I would recommend it to any individual, couple or small family. It is a one bedroomed house but is perfectly formed. It is very close to a small area called St Charles which has basic but lovely ammenities and only 10 mins walk from the centre of Biarittz itself. I felt in a busy summer the short distance may be welcomed to get away from the crowds. The house was spotless and has everything you could need. It is on one level so very toddler friendly as we could relax without worrying about stairs and the small garden is very secure so we didnt have to watch his every move. Claire and her family could not have been more helpful. They picked us up from the airport, even with vomiting toddler, and gave helpful advice about the area and provided bikes, a child seat and high chair to make our stay as stress free as possible. It was quite a rainy week so I was very pleased we had a house in which we could cook and hang out so comfortably. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the house week commencing 3/09/2011 and it was lovely. The house is very comfortable, light and airy with everything you need for a holiday. Its decorated in a really nice homely way which makes you believe you are at home. It was clean and modern. Claire met us at the house and she couldn't have been more helpful. There are cycles that you can use and body boards - if you are brave enough. The house is situated on a quiet residential road but there are supermarkets and shops nearby so you really do not need to hire a car here. The bus stop is a few minutes walk away and that will take you into town if you are feeling lazy, but it is approx 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The garden is ideal for breakfast and lovely to sit out in the evening for dinner.
