😊: Location perfect and view spectacular of Grande Plage de Biarritz Comfortable well appointed studio apartment Thoughtfully equipped & good welcome info from private host Good lifts. 😢: Wheelchair accessible apartment but no specific adaptations - if you need toilet quiteow & shower no grab rails or seat Balcony has lip of patio door .. my husband found ways just about to negotiate Hot weather no aircon but very good breeze from balcony Brought own shower seat.

😊: Amazing view, great location. 😢: After booking we were informed, that I have to clean the whole apartment, strange, but OK . The bigger problem, that previous guests did not make professional cleaning jobs, the apartment was smelly, pillows and floor dirty. I could not use the parking, since it was not possible to park anywhere to go up for the parking card, so after 1 hour struggIe I parked far away for 25 EUR. I mentioned politely to the contact person that I should not pay for his parking as well, since I could not use it. He was so aggressive and threatening, his style was really hurting. Of course I paid for this unused parking as well, it's not an amount, but his style was a nightmare. Received more messages, that we have to leave at 10:00 a.m. latest, after self-cleaning..
