😊: The apartment is small and has everything you need. The parking is great and its nice to have the outdoor seating area in summer. It stayed cool in the summer which was lovely. Its still a drive to get to the golf - we found it too far to walk - but its nice to be in the quiet suburban area which easy access to the surrounding countryside, which is beautiful.. 😢: As this property is located under the main house it is slightly low and meant that as tall people we had to watch our heads. The spare bed/couch is quite firm as are the beds..

PARFAIT !<br>#128578; Le logement est très grand et très bien équipé. Tout était parfait ! Bien calme et la situation géographique est idéale pour visiter Évian à pieds en laissant la voiture dans la cour (pas facile de se garer dans Évian !). Petite astuce pour éviter les 200 m de pente raide au retour : prendre le funiculaire (gratuit), arrêt Hôtel Royal, puis suivre la rue du lac Léman (c'est plat !) jusqu'à la location. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers...<br>#128577; RIEN !!!

We travelled for a golf tournament and found this little gem which was a 5 minute drive from the golf course while the main town was only a minute or two away. The self catering annex was and presented beautifully. Very tidy, clean and super comfortable. Driveway which we could park our car on safely and securely. The views to the lake was an added bonus. If we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

Séjour inoubliable dans contexte reposant,...<br>#128578; Je remercie les propriétaires pour leur parfait encadrement et leur gentillesse , tout était parfait de la réception des clefs jusqu'à notre départ. Joli Appartement avec tout le confort, vue imprenable sur le lac Léman , calme et paisible. Très bien situé par rapport au centre d'Evian avec parking privé, jardin avec terrasse. à proximité des stations de ski .Nous reviendrons très vite!<br>#128577; Rien à redire juste parfait! Nous avons tout apprécié !
