😊: Ideal location, with free on-street parking right outside the door. Spacious well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of Avenue de Champagne and the town centre. The hosts sent helpful messages prior to arrival and included welcome gifts at the apartment.. 😢: It is a shame the apartment doesn't have any outside space, but this does not detract from the overall great impression..

😊: Location - close to everything, comfortable, quiet and parking directly outside was wonderful. Even on hot days it was cool in the apartment.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Great location for a weekend stop-over in Epernay when travelling back to the UK from South West France. Good local amenities within a few minutes walk and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Parking on the opposite side of the street (on the side of the river) was never a problem and we were always able to park very close to the apartment..

😊: The photos show the property as it is …spacious well appointed quiet and comfortable.The perfect temporary home for a couple touring the area. Free parking outside is invaluable. Thank you to the hosts for providing a relaxing and welcoming environment. PS the filming in Paris went without a hitch!. 😢: The walk into Epernay in the July heat was 1 bridge too many for me.
